I got 3 estimates. The cheapest was in between 800 and 900 dollers. But I didn’t feel comfortable with that place. It is expensive because they have to take the engine out. You can’t just raise the car up and drop the pan. The most expensive was $3000.00 and the cadillac dealer wanted $2500.00. :ohmy:

Yes sir, 2500.00 dollars is what they estimated. They have to take the engine out to change the gasket. And then they don’t use gasket material anymore. They use some stuff that comes in a tube. Thanks for your advice anyway.:huh:
