I looked at the fuel pump because the fuses and main relay tested good. I thought it was the a bad pump but I put a new pump and it didn’t work. I checked for power with a test light with the help of my dad and I was not getting power to the pump. So as I was looking around and turning the key to the on position I noticed that the check engine didn’t light up (because its supposed to light up right?)so I ask some friends and they told me the that ECM/PCM was bad. thanks for the help. I hope I explained good.

I have 1997 honda accord that has no power to the fuel pump after cheking the main relay and fuses I decided to drop the gas tank and I checked for power and there was no power to the fuel pump. After that i notice that when I turn the key to the on position the check engine light does not light up. does that mean that my ECM is Bad? or what outs could it be?
