Popped headgasket going into the coolant.
Stay away from electronic parking brakes. To complicated. I’m familiar with electronics and I even think its stupid.
Carb cleaner and pull them out. And jotmon. The scpi injectors simply put are garbage. They leak constantly. They don’t run well and just are a pain in the rear. They leak down seeming like a fuel pressure regulator but end up not being the issue and instead it’s the injectors.
I think you’ve exhausted what ticks on 03’s. Now if it had cam phasers….. So much more possibilities. I would look into narrowing down to cylinder. I think it might be connecting rod related. Possibly. I’ve heard rod bearing failure that sounds like lifter tick before.
Maybe a little lean but looks pretty normal to me. You should see my plugs. I constantly crack the porcelain on the electrode. I can’t go 6 months without changing plugs. That’s in my opinion normal wear. The reason I crack plugs is because having a way bigger modified coil is a gamble.
Ok. Heres a really stupid way to clean out the dpf without regen. Foot to the floor on a backroad somewhere and get it moving then brakes not all the way just load the engine a lot. Or just do way over the speed limit to really get the exhaust hot. Or go with the other option and drill it. Simplest way and most effective. It’ll trip the computer into thinking it’s still running like it should be and will just let the exhaust through. Granted emissions go up slightly but if you have no emissions requirements then have at it. I know everyone is going to get mad at me for this but hey It’s the most reliable cheapest way. I’ve done it a couple of times with one check engine light on a vw.
Green is fine as long as it’s changed every 3 years or 50000. Unless you have an aluminum block. Then you need the long life coolant. I think you’re running into an iac issue.
Where I live it’s quite common to get water in fuel even though I live essentially in a desert. Hot arid climate. I think it’s due to the ethanol. Since every station here has ethanol in it. Depending where you live you may have no ethanol in the fuel. But mostly I see ethanol and ethanol likes to collect water. So that could be why he was having those issues.
Go to the parts store and buy turbo diesel oil. Say rotella 5w-40 or mobil 5w-40. Standard oil will not work in these engines. It has to be turbo diesel oil.

You may have a cam follower problem. If so time to replace lifters and possibly cam.Bypass the evap hose and see if it makes a difference. I don’t think it would but it’s a possibility.
Idle air control valve maybe. Also check fuel pressure. Maybe a failing fuel pump?
Get one off a truck. 4×4 to be specific. Bet that solves it. Heavier duty pump means more power. The other ones probably ground themselves to pieces from a lot of extra load. Just a thought.
I’ve seen 2 strut mounts fail really close to each other. With in 1000 miles.
Gut it. Simple fix. DPF’s or diesel particulate filters catch the unburned soot from diesel. It’s more pronounced in dirty diesel. More so in low sulphur diesel. you have to use ultra low sulphur diesel to avoid it. But just take the dpf out and drill 8-12 holes in it about 3mm around. Should stay unclogged. If that is your problem. I would say to use a vacuum gauge but diesels don’t generate vacuum. Just check around google about Dpf issues on ford f250 6.4l and 6.7l diesel trucks as well as many american market European design vehicles. VW jetta tdi etc. They all have dpfs and due to dirty diesel fuel they clog quite quickly.
Check computer.
