How much KMs have you covered so far? I am suspecting few things carbon build up on valves, dirty fuel injector or dirty fuel filter.
I would suggest checking the fuel pump for operating sound when it stalls. Getting hot under the hood can be a different reason but keep checking the coolant temperature gauge while driving.

October 11, 2023 at 8:59 am in reply to: DOOR LOCKS CLICKING ALL THE TIME (2004 Honda Pilot) #1026606Do you think it could be the buttons which operate the locks? One way to diagnose it would be by disconnecting buttons on each side if not then the actuators one by one.
If I have an air compressor and an air blow gun at home, I would go the extra mile and get a drill attachment long enough to clean that rust off and blow clean it.
I would suspect the starter motor or battery. I recently had a battery that would pass the test when cold but failed the test when it was hot. I was almost ready to replace the starter as the engine would crank slowly when hot but was fine when cold.
Keep us posted. Would love to hear the final solution.
Yes. When a coolant temperature sensor is broken, the ECU will consider the high resistance as a negative temperature. This will make the ECU increase the RPM to warm the engine up faster.
Do you have a coolant thermostat on your vehicle? Also, your coolant temperature sensor is working correctly? Your engine is not running colder than the normal operating temperature, right?

What do i need to swap out from my original d #1026310If you are buying a used door you need to swap the old lock cylinder then the rest can depend on what your used door came with like window motor, window regulator, glass, side mirrors, door lock actuator, door seals and other trim pieces.
September 22, 2023 at 4:34 pm in reply to: 2012 Ford Edge 3.5 poor fuel mileage after changing plugs #1026301Check your tire pressures. If okay, try taking some sharp corners then stop and smell around the vehicle. If you smell fuel there are chances of fuel leak from the top of the fuel tank.

With the tires on you should be able to spin the wheel freely.
Have you checked if the backing plate (dust shield) is touching something? It is worth trying to pull that back a little and then test drive to see if that solves or reduces the issue.
