check fuel pressure again. this morning and its below 41 psi its around 35pis and car is running like crap
levels are good.
all cylinders have spark (bright blue)
spark plugs were clean( no oil or coolant)
fuel pressure is 41 at idle.really cant test going down the road
and i have change the vehicle speed sensor.it idle fine,starts right up. rev fine.
replaced
air filter
fuel filter
tps
idle control
egr
camshaft sensorstill wont go pass 2nd gear.the car struggles to gain speed
sadly i dont have a scan tool with live data, and iv been watching his vids.
think ill go ahead and do a vacuum leak test
idk why its coming up,the trans just got rebulit
also i cannot find the torque converter clutch solenoid valve or any of that. is it inside the transmission
the problem im having is i cannont t find anything on the torque converter clutch Solenoid for this car. nothing comes up. like i cant even find out where it is on my dodge stratus

it has a new iac,
new egr and solenoid
throttle body been cleaned.when it wont restart. the engine is turning over fast.
