….By the way is their any WRONG way to go into the automotive world?
Yes, thinking that since you read all the books and pass the Cert. test that you know everything. Because the books don’t teach you real world application. I think only hands-on and seasoned mechanics around can pass these things on to you. Because all the certs. in the world wont teach and help your career out as much as that old grey haired bearded guy in the back of the shop. What is the best thing to take into this career…Open EYES, EARS, and MIND(my opinion).
My start came from being gofor(gopher) ie. go for this wrench go for that screwdriver. My dad was a mech in the Air Force on the old prop style engines then went to Lockeed and then back to the Air Force(but on the F15’s this time). So he never believed in paying someone else to repair anything that broke. Then by age 16 I got my first job in a tire shop busting tires and later learning to polish rims. From there I learned brakes then suspension and alignments then tune-ups ect until eventually learning diagnostics. Oh and somewhere in there I did get a 2 year ASSC Degree as a electronics tech and did a short stretch in the army as a 45N(Tank Turret Systems Mech on M60A1-A3)

watching the pressure gauge would you suggest getting a new oil pump. thinking maybe should just to be save before re-installing in car.
Well it all seams to be great, so I think I am safe marking this one as SOLVEDT)
Yes I think I technically had the issue fixed but by the constant swapping of the COP’s from
Pulled plenum and hand cranked motor and intakes are opening.
Well before I tore down the plenum this time, I took apart my compression gauge and found a fitting, on/off type of valve, and a air chuck. Put them all together, screwed it into cly 5, then crawled under the car and had someone open the valve. Heard hiss
ya compression is within +/_10lbs across board. And by swapping the COP’s around had no effect, issue stayed at cly5. going to pull apart harness and give it a really close inspection and like I said check out the PCM driver for 5._x000D_

was torque braking the carIt has COP ignition no wires for say. have swapped em tho. And from trim readings, I am believing that it is a way lean misfire and the ecm is attempting to drive up the amount of fuel being supplied to counteract the lean O2 readings. Have pulse at injec
HUMM, strange cause I assume you are referring to the 8TH of the VIN which is a “A”. And with no door jam sticker or under hood decal, now you bring about the question as to the actual
That’s why I believe the first person to cheaply generate such a program, even selling it at a low price would still make a fortune. And with that happening, as a response might even drive down the price of some of these $4-5K
