banana: It’s all good!!! With a little contortionist work to get in, I was able to get the inner panel off. Remove the top triangle where mirror is, two screws in the handle, and one screw near the speaker on the bottom. Pull from the bottom and work the cover off. Amazingly no clips broke. The window problem was due to a screw that came out. Put blue loctite on it and got it going. Found that the rod for the open handle got bent and was not allowing the lever to retract fully. Custom bending with pliers took care of that. Money saved$$$$

I was able to grab it and pull it up but still no go. I am going to mess wit it in the morning when I get home from work. I might be able to get the inner panel off. I hope.
