July 15, 2019 at 4:59 am in reply to: [05 Mustang Gt] Had my oil pan gasket replaced. They found something in the pan #893990do the belt. my valve guides are bad in my old volvo, 213 K miles. it may smoke a bit on startup after not being used for a few days, but otherwise the motor runs well. uses 1 qt. per 500-1000 miles. bolts can break in the block when they try to remove the head.
that sounds like a belt noise, or else one of the pulley bearings are bad.
on youtube:
look at 05 civic lx oil pan gaskethere’s one from youtube
could be bad temp sensor also
could also just be a bad relay, that is my bet.
it might be more productive to just follow the wires from fuse to pump and look for frayed wire insulation, etc. if you can find the wire say near the dash, a continuity meter would tell you if the wire is good from the metal fuse connector to were the wire is. If you take out the rear seat, can you find the wires to the pump? what color are the wires?
you have a short circuit. the wires from the fuse box to the fuel pump are likely long, and it might be there. do you know how to use a electric meter? with a friend you could figure out which wire is bad by using the continuity gauge.
Are the front struts and springs OK? Worn out struts or springs can cause the wheel to hop instead of staying in contact with the road.
When you are turning right, the weight transfer to the left unloads the right tire somewhat, making it easier to bounce, especially when hitting bumps.
I agree: bad struts or shocksreplace you fuel injectors or at least get the set you have tested. I had a 99 v70xc that died at 170000 when an injector was lean, burnt a valve, and the head bolt stuck in the the block. glad your solenoid is better, and hope it stays that way. p.s. youtube is great for a new set of matched injectors.

sounds to me like the new caliper is bad, left side
this SUV has always had just the 5-20W installed, convential oil, in Des Moines, IA in the winter months. once in the summer the Toyota dealer in Des Moines put in 5-30W. at 18k Miles in June. The dealers look it up and see that it has been conventional oil, and that is what they advice. I’m just going to change the oil because the last time I went there, it took 90 minutes.
you have bad master cylinder and front calipers when was the last time you flushed the hydralic fluid?
