I have looked into it a little more and it seems like it may be the pan gasket, now i do not have much experience with autos but would that make sense that it only leaks when standing still as i drove about 400 miles yesterday without needing a refill. I did try a leak stop solution but it still seems to leak.

Where is the breather located is it easy to check.
