put a slit in the screw with a dremel and use a big flathead screwdriver to get it out if you vant do that there are drill out screw removers and some other kinds but ive never had any of those screw removers work for me
i like craftsman if its made in USA and has the forever warranty but today i decided to try a drill and tap set made in china with no warranty the drill bit was a piece of crap and wasnt even straight i tried using it anyway and it could barely drill it was dull after 1/4 inch i had to use a cobalt drill bit and the tap was fine
+1 on birks post i dont have too muck luck with rtv gaskets they seem to leak instantly or they will leak after a while i have made a few gaskets out of gasket paper and used a light coating of p
at 16000 id just get a new motorcycle for like 5000 probably safer in a crash haha that new one must get really hot in the summer
put lucas oil stabilizer on some different pieces of metal different kinds and leave it overnight then see if its still there or if it all drained off probably not too good of a test but it would be interesting if it coated the pieces all night or if it all dripped off
maybe you could find a mower with a trashed deck and swap out the engines. i don’t think there is a way to change those valve guides. just make sure the crank isnt bent if you buy a used mower.

Please help. #447699is it an auto or a manual? what happens if it is in neutral? when i cleaned the throttle body on my car, the idle would jump all over from 1000 to 2300 rpms if it was in neutral and would shift into second without me touching the gas if it was in drive. after a bit of driving, it ran like it should. it did start shaking and set off a cel though but now it runs perfectly

they should get hot thats how they work
