Yes, the car is fuel injected, I believe the fuel filter was one of the attempts the previous owner made to correct it, just to be sure, I’m ordering a new fuel filter. It doesn’t have to be over night, if I let it sit for several hours. I drove it to work and I would have the same problem at 5 in the afternoon as well.
You COULD use a C-CLamp… Personally, I’ve found it MUCH easier with the tool for it. Go to Advance auto or Auto zone, they make a CClamp that goes through a metal or plastic piece the shape of a brake pad… Okay I can’t describe it. Here. Go buy this…. MUCH Easier…
