i have to agree with other comments make sure you don’t have any underlying engine faults ie ect sensor reading out of range as the automatic transmission sends a message to the engine ecu to cut throttle when gear changing ? also if engine all ok it may be something to do with transmission valve body solenoids get it on a good computer and read the engine and box ?

just a quick note if the pcv is blocked it will force the oil anyway so make sure its not blocked first then if it still chucks oil up then its rings ?

blow pass will be more noticeable when you remove the dipstick when running you will get lots of chuffing and oil throwing up when the piston rings are nackard which compression will blow past the rings into the engine block and then force oil up through the dipstick hole ? thats my assumption anyway but hey assumption can be the mother of all f..k ups 🙂

sounds like the main crank pully bolt has worked loose and it has coaused the woodruff key to sheer off so its like a free wheeling pully ? check the pully bolt ?

oil pressure is on the cards for this one ? check the pressure and if it is low i would recommend you don’t bother trying to fix it as this often ends up with empty pockets and bank account and still no fix their could be hundreds of reasons why the oil pressure is low and to find it usually means a full engine rebuild by professionals you may well find a shell barring worn out but don’t just replace it as without regrinding the connecting parts they usually go bad again within a mile or two.

it could well be an injector fualt sticking injectors ? when the injector/s get to a condition like high revs ect they could be sticking open and the oxygen sensor could be picking that condition up ? also blocked cat is a maybe does it rev all the way to the red ine under pressure ? if it does then the cat should be ok but if it stays at a certain rev and dont go above then cat could be a possibility
