I did check it twice, once with a digital and a multimeter just in case, now power both time, not even when it was cranking. I took it to a mechanic that said he was able to jump the PCM and it started but ran rough. I haven’t given up yet, the mechanic did.

I was frazzled and took it to a very good and honest mechanic I trust. He told me that the only way he could get the pump to run is jump the ECM. He told me it ran really bad, it was running perfect and I just check the oil and I didn’t see any signs of water. I asked w
