      Just the cam seals and it went bad like this. You adjustment the valves and then change the cam seals right? How’s your car now?

        ON the number one cylinder both intake and exhaust will be adjusting the clearance at the same time. So, no need to rotate the engine?

          Question about valve adjustment in your video honda element. When you rotate and align piston 1 you adjusted the intake first top dead center on base circle. What about the exhaust is it also on top dead center at the same time? I know its easy but Im confuse when you rotate the engine. Because on the video you just keep inserting the feeler gauge. I dont know if EACH valve intake or exhaust should be on the top dead center. But when you rotate the engine on intake is on top dead center? Please elaborate clearly? Thank you. Am I going to rotate the engine 8 times of 4 times only?

            My question is if both A align and B align and C is align for piston 1. Am I going to adjust exhaust only since its the only top dead center and not the intake?
