i might buy it to get it fixed but i want to be sure that this is even a possible sittuation before i go out and spend 900 bucks on a broken car because i dont want to or can afford to sink alot of money into a car to fix it

also i dont think heat would really be an issue silicone hoses are rated at about 330 degrees for there max temp so im pretty certain that a 4 cylinder pickup isnt getting that hot lol
