Eric, i tapped on the side of the blower motor with a heavy wrench and the blower motor started to run temporarily, with low air flow, then shutoff again. What could that be? Thanks, Jim

College man, the rotors i used are Honda rotors straight from the Honda dealership.

Thanks Eric, and yes, I only use Honda transmission fluid. The D4 light does not flash, but it does light up when I turn the ignition key to the on position, then will go out after a few seconds, is that normal? Is the D4 light supposed to light up or not light up when the key is switched to the on position? Thanks in advance, Jim

DormanPartFail, the light on the A/C button stays on. The compressor was cycling on and off before i even had it recharged. Hope it is not the evaporator or expansion valve, but will have to have it looked at.

Collegeman, had the system recharged, but still having problems. It starts blowing cold but then after a few minutes will start blowing regular temperature outside air. The compressor clutch is working, but i notice that the compressor clutch cycles on and off. Any thoughts, thanks
