Amen. That’s what puts food on the table. The customer is always right no matter what. Why? If a customer leaves your business unsatisfied/angry you presently saved money/ time then avoiding to help the customer. But now you have lost all future monies that you could have made from that customer, plus on the average of ten more customers. Word of mouth( and now commuters makes it worse) is superior to any commercials or any type of advertising. If a business continues to not satisfy their customers, they will force themselves out of business.
When I fixed my sons window there was power to the switch, but the ground was faulty, could this be the problem?
Just to up date you all and thanks for the code information. Don’t know why the car through those codes but I changed another ignition coil and everything is running fine for three weeks now. thanks :cheer:
Thanks for responding to my question. The codes just didn’t seem right. I didn’t have it read again but ended up solving the problem. Just replaced ignition coils on cylinders 3,5,6. There wasn’t a problem with # 4, but when I checked the balance test # 4 was the problem this time. My spark plug came loose and moisture and oil was in the ignition coil. I tightened the spark plug to 13 pounds, and replaced coil too. Seems to be working good now. I have no idea why this came loose. On my Honda civic I owned before, I replaced the spark plugs and 3 of them were loose? Do you think I should replace the coils for cylinders 1 and 2? Thanks for responding. I appreciate it.
I had changed the tensioner and I still had the noise but figured it out with a stethoscope and it was the alternator. Thanks
why would the sound increase when applying the brake in park? Would a pully, idler, tensioner be affected?
