My car had squealing belt and eventually I lost p/s on my car one day. Thankfully I was very close to home and once I got home I found out that p/s tensioner pulley bearing froze up. Of course check for obvious, make sure pulley is inline with other ones and you’re using the right belt with proper amount of ribs (if it has any). One time parts store tried to sell me 5 rib belt instead of 4 “cause computer says so”
Well I lucked out today and got a sensor/wiring from local pick N pull. Hope I can fix this issue with the car to keep the owner happy.

I never thought that finding this part for a very popular car would be so hard. I went to junk yard and only car that did have it-they sold entire front clip and wouldn’t allow to pull any parts from it.
I’ve been emailing sellers on ebay who have same car and most of them say what is this such sensor you’re talking about???
Only 2 people said that they’ll check for me and I keep my fingers crossed.I never thought that finding this part for a very popular car would be so hard. I went to junk yard and only car that did have it-they sold entire front clip and wouldn’t allow to pull any parts from it.

There is some wiring harness by the drivers headlight, I bet that was supposed to go to wiring that goes to the sensor mounted on the radiator.

Yes, Im certain that there is no sensor or wiring for it. I searched on youtube and this guy is replacing radiator and it shows wiring and sensor there http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SZ292c89l44&feature=player_detailpage
I will have to go to junkyard and see if I can find car with that wiring there, maybe sensor attached as well.Yes, Im certain that there is no sensor or wiring for it.
