Replaced w Honda distributor cap and plug wires.

After making sure ICM terminals were snug, no problems.

Headlights bright; jumping had no effect

A Battery Load/Draw Down gave me these results. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

Battery Positive post to Battery negative post – 12.5v
Trying to start – 12.1

Battery negative to motor – 0.0
Trying to start – -.04

Battery positive post to starter positive post – 12.5
Trying to start – 12.2

Battery positive post to Battery positive post clamp – 0
Trying to star – 0

Positive post to cable – 0
Trying to start – -.01

Battery negative post to solenoid B&W wire (Mitsuba) – 12.51
Trying to start – 1.64
