prob should just replace condenser
nex step ill take then will be pull the orifice and clean and blow out the condenser on the inside
yes sr it was same color, also when I pulled the old one out it had oily build up on the condenser side, at that time I suspected to much oil in the system could this be possible even after a vacuum and recharge twice with no oil put in?
high side pressures go to 350-400 when engine is revved and it kicks out, I installed a new receiver dryer must be high pressure switch?
re did the vacuum and charg properly got the cooling fans working its a lot better but still kicks out at high rpms and builds up pressure on high side
no vacuum going into cab so I went under the dash to the first junction and found the supply vacuum leaking, it just pulled out of the junction so I used a little silicone back away from the opening and pushed it back together, let it set up and it worked like a charm, you have been a great help, thank you so much!!!!!!
replaced both fans today and everything is working great
bad fan? the fan will not come on when the red wire is energized and grounded but will come on if the grey wire is energized?
the fans are good and work on the high speed relay intermittent when I try to jump from the low speed relay I get nothing
ty sir will try that
well I replaced the check valve and it didn’t fix my problem so apparently I have a vacuum leak in the dash, I checked the vacuum line all the way to the canister it is solid …
found it, it was laying on the back of the engine where part of it was damaged due to heat, something melted into the side of it
big help on this sir thank you so much!!!!all my vac lines go thru the firewall cant seem to find this check valve it must be in the dash yay for me
got any info on removing the dash 94 ram 1500the vacume was done for abt 5 min and only pulled down to 20 will definitely be taking it to the shop… thanks guys
thanks the check was done and temp was 90 with abt 60% humidity I ve heard these cars ac systems are real touchy on having an accurate charge Is that true? will take it to a shop for that thanks again!!
