Did the band adjustments by spec & a fresh change of Mopar ATF +4 fluid.
Transmission works exactly the same, no change whatsoever getting into reverse when cold.
The only interesting fact we noticed: if you raise the engine rpm in Neutral then it enters smoothly into Reverse. If you let it engage at Idle rpm then it roughly “thumps” into gear after a 5-7 seconds delay…

Definitively solved the problem by swapping the transmission with a known good one.
Now the TCC has gone south (it comes on ragardless of speed, stalling the engine).
Does anyone know how to fix it without too much hassle with taking the subframe and transmission down again?

I double-checked the fluid, everything’s in order there.
Is there any pressure/test valve on this transmission?
Dropping the pan’s probably a good idea at this point. Figuring out if this is an easy fix or not is my primary concern before putting too much money into it.
The main spool valve doesn’t seem so tough but if we have to dissasemble the whole drivetrain to get to it then it would be wiser to just swap the transmission with a known good one.

It doesn’t do anything regardless of the lever position (R, D, 1 or 2) – it’s like there’s no linkage/command on the transmission.
Checked the linkage and it’s there & working but the transmission won’t react to it in any way… No engine rpm change in gear, no movement, nothing.

Replaced the Circuit Breaker – no result – windows will go up the same.
We bypassed the master switch and powered a motor directly from the battery – same behaviour.
It must be that the mechanisms/window guides are making the motors work too hard & they are cutting out.
Will go about lubricating the whole vindow guide and see if that brings any noticeable improvement.

Sorry for my lack of knowledge but how can I locate that master switch?
Since we already have another vehicle for spare parts replacing it won’t be such a big issue.

I have located the Circuit Breaker in the Service Manual, will swap with another one and see if the problem persists.
Another idea, from a mechanic, is to put some silicone oil/grease on the window guides/lift to ease the load on the motor. Will try that too.

Attachments:Thank you Jotmon!
Any idea on where we can find those circuit breakers? Are they on the motor itself?
