Milton pretty much makes the best inflators out there. Not sure if they offer a locking chuck, but they will last forever.
I have some documentation from PB blaster that basically says that the original test was invalid. They retested and found a draw between the ATF/Acetone and PB Blaster. They went on to compare the cost of mixing your own fluid vs buying PB Blaster. It is cheaper just to buy it plus you get the advantage of having the aerosol can. When I was doing this research I was offered a case of Liquid Wrench penetrating oil. I think it works really well. I tried to do a test but could not get bolts rusted enough in the time frame I had. But I believe that PB Blaster may have a slight edge on the liquid wrench.

I never allow the weight of the car to rest its weight on the parking pawl of the transmission. I always set the parking brake before releasing the brakes after putting it into park. The only time I don’t do this is on other people’s cars where it is unknown if they use their parking brakes. I strongly believe that you should never apply the parking brake on a car in which the owner does not use their parking brake because it could cause the system to lock up. I also strongly encourage others to use their parking brakes frequently so the system wont lock up.

I am not enthused about Weller these days, after they sent manufacturing to China I have not heard much good about them as far as quality control/manufacturing. Since this will be used in automotive applications, under dashes, under the car, under the hood, I would like a direct plug in unit as opposed to a bench top soldering station.
