Sorry bud, I got nothing else, other than the water pump fins might of broke off, but then again I am not too educated on the newer vehicles, there could be a new part of the system that I don’t even have on my ole 95. Hope you find the problem, or someone else gets on here and diagnoses it better than I ๐Ÿ™‚

Check to see if your radiator is free of debris, and if it is also look to see if your fan kicks on, if it doesn’t then that could be the problem. Also, your heater core could be clogged, which could mess some things up in the temp area.
Does the water pump look good? any leakage from there? if so that could be going wrong. if all else is good check your sensors, or even try to get it to autozone or a shop to read it on a computer, to see if there are any error codes that could be getting triggered.

Good luck Brett! I had to replace pretty much my whole cooling system in my car, so be sure there is no loss in coolant, even check the radiator cap ๐Ÿ˜€ That is an important part of it all.

Can you tell if its coming from the front or the back? because, maybe you have something loose in the trunk that is bouncing around. I know it sounds kind of simple after all that work you put into it, but I had a similar noise, put new struts on my vehicle and went the whole 9 yards of repairing my whole suspension, found out that the jack was loose in the boot. ๐Ÿ™‚

There could also be a minor displacement within the body (where the strut mount is placed) that could be causing noises, I got a piece of thick steel and cut it out and welded it to the body of my car for a more permanent strut mount.

(I did that in my older car, because potholes out here just eat the struts, I mean these bad boys were throwing themselves through the trunk!)

BTW Welcome to the forum, I am new here as well.
