what do you mean move the wheel manually?
one more, is it a problem if the steering move to right by itself when the engine is running?

Dear all,
Thank you very for your advice. As requested to search for any vacuum leak,Below is my finding.
1.Base on diagram attached line no 25 at confection are leaking due rubber hose broken
2.Of the air filter also broken due to contact to oil. ( 6 month old )
3.While search for any loose contact of hose i found that item no 25 ( beside item no 19 red colour ) was broken.
while dismantling the vacuum valve item 17 also broken.
For temporary i have used 2ton glue to stick it back. I need to order for the parts.as this car are too old,it’s take time to order for the spare parts.
For time being, after glue that parts my car engine slightly stable.the vibration reduce alot.May be I need for engine tuning.

?Dear all,

Thank you very much for the feed back.
At first I just follow what the college man proposed in last Saturday.
1. to look for any vacuum leak
I fail to do so…it’s hard for me to find it.I don’t know where to start.

2. To clean throttled body.
I manage to clean on the top of carburetor but the throttled is deep inside the carburetor.
I just clean by wiping it ( Cloth and Thinner )
While i fixed back the air filter, i notice that my air filter is broken.
Are this may cause the engine in high rpm?
The result of this step has caused the engine are smooth but with 1000rpm ( with aircond is on )and 1050rpm without
aircond.

Last night I did proceed what has been proposed by EricTheCarGuy
To check for any voltage leakage by spraying water from the distributor and plug cord.
and found nothing of any voltage leakage.

additional question….
Why for honda accord air filter become oily.( contact with engine oil)
Can we stop the engine oil from entering inside the air filter box.

Untill today i still not yet change the air filter.perhaps this coming Saturday.

Dear all,
Today i have try with power test and found last 2 plug from right hand having trouble. seem same phenomenon as in video.
when i pull out the plug cord. the engine is maintain and same to last plug. But when i pull out the cord for plug 1&2 the engine
become going to die.
I’m also open the 3& 4 plug and found full of carbon.
This plug just change few days ago.
1. Why plug full of carbon.
2.Is the because of poor contact at contact point.
3.Is there because of the plug cord is not good
4.Is there because of any air leakage.
