Just saw on last nights hang out that the carb video will be coming out very soon…….can not wait for that!! Thanks again for all your videos, they have really re-energised my passion for cars and working on them. (can not say that the wife is that happy as I am increasing my tool collection every week now!!)

Thanks for the information, personally, I would rather the technician tell me of potential problems sooner rather than later as it will save me money in the long run, if it means that the technician gets an up sell, then win win. The only consideration is that there are people who could take you for a ride but that can happen with anything. As you stated, you can goggle anything these days and find out!! 🙂

G’day mate, nice to see another falcon on ericthecarguy!! I’m from Victoria but I now live in WA. I love falcons, they with out a doubt my favorite car, I have had 8 ranging from XC to BF. currently I am working on 1977 Ford Falcon XC 500 which has a 302 with a 4 speed manual. My daily is a 2006 BF Mk II XR6. I have had a ED before, very nice car!!! banana:

Yeah the Mad Max car was a Ford Falcon XB Coupe, mine is a XC which was the next model and mine is a 4 door (Coupes are really pricey, a good will set you back at least $20K!!)
Just of note, Eric Bana (movie star) has a really cool Ford Falcon XB Coupe which he turned into a race car. Below is a pic….Sorry to waffle on (I could talk Ford Falcons all day!!) the below pic is the last Falcon to ever be produced in Australia as they are not producing it locally after 2015. It is a 2014 Ford Falcon FG GT. I think that we are getting the Ford Torus? Not sure, its going to be a sad day for the Australian Car Manufacturing Industry when that happens as Ford are about the last ones manufacturing cars in Australia.
