Engine might of liquid locked (too much coolant in one or more cylinders) not allowing the piston to turn. If this is the case you may have to go as far as checking the connecting rods on the affected cylinders for being bent. Pull all your spark plugs ou

What I would suggest if you can is to wash the engine off. Try to get it as clean as you can then purchase a bottle of ‘Oil Dye’ from your local auto parts store. It usually comes in a very small bottle. Just pour it in where you add oil on your engine, t

I performed an injector balance test and all my drops were the same on fuel pressure and KOEO fuel pressure was within specs and steady. I was inspecting the cylinders again when we noticed something in each of the cylinders atop the pistons so I took a s

When the car was picked up after the Cats were replaced and after the other repairs were complete it ran great, no check engine light, no misfire, was test driven 3 times before the customer took it home. She had it one day.

Alright, I ran a power balance test across all 4 cylinders using both injectors and coils and all rpm drops were even with each other across all cylinders. I checked oil level just because another tech had started to work on this and it’s been driving me

Lol, thanks Eric. I’ll let you guys know what the final fix is. we’re getting prices on the brake pressure switch (which is integral part of the EBCV). But this vehicle is an auto dealers car so depending on the price of the repair will determine if this

Thanks guys! He seperated the engine and tranny today and slipped it in place, wasn’t happy about it but he did it. I told him at least look at it this way that’s one thing you’ll never forget again.

This is just a suggestion, definately like the others said check and make sure you have a fully charged battery and then if you are experiencing a no start condition you may have a 5 volt sensor shorting out internally, had it happen on Chryslers before. You have to unplug each sensor one at a time until the vehicle starts, kind of a pain but it works, of course if it doesn’t start plug that one in and move onto the next one. Usually when I had this problem I’d get a code for communication but not always. Anyhow, some food for thought. Good luck.

Sounds like your dealing with a ‘dishonest’ business man. They come in all shapes and sizes and yes even tool trucks. Do like these guys are telling you, get rid of him and make a formal complaint and find someone who truly wants your business.

You mean like that 😉 . Thanks worked great. Now I can ad pictures when needed to my post.

Oh and by the way, this is what happens when you don’t change your oil. Second car I’ve seen in the last month in the shop wondering why they’re having problems. Take care guys.
