      No CEL . I think its carbon build up. And you are correct, all the plugs are like that but cylinders are fine. Running very rich. Idk how to fix. Obd1

          I sprayed throttle body cleaner into the iacv and let it dry. Could a bad spark plug be the cause of misfire and gas smell ? Also rough idle then hangs at 1.5 rpm then rough idle . Hard time breathing
