Thanks, I’ve tried that. But here is what I have came to:
cleaned the grounds, including the ground at the thermostat housing.
Performed the “K-test” which failed, read less than 1 volt on multimeter.
tried jumping main relay pins #1 and #7, no result in pump priming. (current relay is new, as well as current ecu)
This is leading me to think of a wiring issue. I did a continuity test and all fuses under hood and dash, all pass no problem. The 15A fuse in the 31 spot is also good. (ecu fuse)
My next idea is to check for power coming from the 31 fuse to the ecu. Does anyone know which wire under the fuse box powers the ecu? and would it be pin A25 I would check.
Any other ideas would be awesome. Thanks guys.. and gals..

ya, i already had that issue… I replaced the entire ignition switch and wires with a brand new set. I’m HOPING it was my oversight of not checking the fuses properly with my multimeter… after that I’m lost for words.
