has the full version of the GMC Sonoma been released yet?
After I got your message, I kind of sat back and thought, you’re right!
My wife and I took it for a test drive. She drove first, and I drove next.
We were out for a drive in her car and we both drove so we had something to
kind of think about to compare it with.I guess both of us think it’s slightly better. I feel it stops better however
it would be good if the pedal we abit firmer. I almost thought I should check
to see if there was any air in the lines? Any thoughts are welcome. I guess
we’re happy with it but if there’s something more we can do to tighten it up, let
me know.-Mark
any air in the master cylinder (in the brake fluid) will result in a brake pedal going all the way down to the floor.
as for a firmer brake pedal, it could have something to do with the brake pads itself. the material of which the pads are made of play a role, but not significantly.

the rotors will be next! don’t worry, it’s simpler than a brake job!

if you think you have a blown head gasket, definitely get on pressure-testing the coolant system, check the oil cap, or better yet, do an oil change and carefully observe the oil color (if you see the milkshake like oil color, you could be in big trouble), white smoke coming out of the mufflers. these are only the common signs. there are more, but check those first

in the cooling system there shouldn’t be any air in it. you might have a whole new problem altogether since i can’t see how air in the cooling system could create a noise, but it can effect the heating of the car, normally causing the car to overheat. i think what you need to do is air out the system with the heater running. watch this video

it’s in the states. I go to Pepboys when I need to rent out tools that i’ll probably never use again or just won’t use enough to justify the cost of purchasing one. I don’t know if autozone or advance auto parts does the tool lending program or NAPA for that matter

is that spinning noise present when the engine is cold or only warm? does the thermostat have to be installed for the noise to appear as well?
by the way, viewpoo did you pressure test the cooling system yet?
