I have no testing port “Schrader valve” on either the left or right side fuel rails…in the picture I have posted I have indicated the tube that connects the left side fuel rail to the right side…do I need to insert a “T” in this line to conduct a fuel pressure test? Any instruction on this would be much appreciated
Attachments:I wish it had an external…the 97’s is in the tank..an there is no Schrader valve on the fuel rail…so I guess il have to improvise

I dont have a high idle issue….it idles fine then it starts sucking air through the throttle body so bad it stalls the engine out…it also trys to stall out while driving it as well as burns the fuel real rich…if it starts doin it while driving it you can mash the throttle to the floor an its like it goes dead then all of a sudden will back fire a little then goes on

Ok..an if none of this works where do I start looking..I have replaced the map sencor, idle air control valve, throttle position sencor, t-body gasket an pcv valve an in the process of un hooking the battery cables….if non of this works where do I look next?

Just to confirm….its ok to get a little t-body cleaner down in the intake rite?

Yeah the first time I sprayed it it wasnt that noticeable…but the 3rd or 4th time I sprayed it I noticed it started getting worse…then it jus started sucking so much air the engine died…after I replace the t-body gasket there will be nothing else I can do to it other than clean the t-body itself real good in which I plan to do all at once…I think while im at it im ganna replace the pcv valve to

I sprayed at the front of the base of the throttle body an had a idle change…so it may be at the plate were it meets the intake..the gasket may need replaced..I guess thats my project for tomorrow…what you think?

Just did a visual an nothing found…sprayed with a little engine idel change…put a new idel control valve in with no change….where do I go next?
