Im at a loss with this fuel pump issue…the pump is new an has no power hoing to it…dors the 97 dodges have “safty relays” like the fords..if so..where would it be located?
Ok..sorry its took so long to update but..both coils are good..BUT..I found water in the #4 plug location witch leads me to believe that i need to replace the intake gasket…because its letting water escape an fill my plug up with water causeing it to short out

Totally agree with the ” throwing parts at it” comment…il be testin both coils in a few an will re-post results of the testing in the morning..so please check back in to possibly give more advice if its needed…thank you guys

yeah..im ganna check both coils tonight when i get home..i may just go ahead and replace both of them considering they have years of heat and vibration abuse..il just consider it part of my preventative maintenance

I kept the replaced wires and plugs…il test both coils before I go an buy 2…seems more logical…I appreciate all the tips and advice guys
