well i think i fixed that problem, i ended up replace distributor and the gasket in between the carb spacer and intake

well pulled distributor and its really rusty inside and one of the teeth have a crack in it so i think i found my problem

i have check vacuum with smoke and its not a vacuum leak, i have checked firing order 3 different times, i still need to do a compression test but i want to make sure its not something easy, hot do i tell if its my distebator or not it have a vacuum advance on it

i have done a power balance test nothing changed the vacuum lines are connected right the all have been replaced
