I replaced the throttle position sensor and the cel is still on. Did I do something wrong or does it take some time for the car to recognize it?
Multiple pops relative to speed. I can feel the car jerk/jump violently every pop its pretty loud. In gear 1st, 2nd and reverse, haven’t tried the other gears and low rpm since its during parking or u turns with and without brakes. Don’t think the car has LSD. Maybe tomorrow I will try to take a video.
The clutch still grabs very strong even if I floor the gas so might not be the clutch. Although it does smell pretty bad, the smell does not linger. Is there any reason the transmission will lose fluids? I always thought that mtf does not burn or used. The smell can be caused by low mtf?
Come to think of it the last time I did an oil change(the first oil change since purchase) the bottom had a bit of oil but I just thought maybe the previous owner made a mess. The drain plug area is oily so I didn’t think much of it. Valve cover was dry all around as far as I remember.
Could it be the gear issue even though there is no grind during shifts? Honda transmission fluid was used 1k mile ago.
I think I’ll start with the jerking problem first and if its not motor mount then the transmission probably need a rebuild. How do gears with missing teeth feel like?

Can oil seal be reused?
The mechanic seems a bit unsure of the bearing. You mentioned earlier that input shaft bearing symptom include noise in neutral but my car makes no noise in neutral and only in gear. The sound does get louder in higher rpms. He said he cannot guarantee it is input shaft bearing issue.
