K so how i would aproach this is first make sure you have voltage to the injector, normal systems work where they have constant power and the pcm pulses a ground, so if you take your dvom and back probe the fuel injector connector you should see batt voltage. Once you determine that you have the proper voltage verify with your meter that you dont have a ground pulsing. (A easy way to verify that your noid light is working properly test another injector to see if you have pulse, k so before you condem the pcm me in my diagnostic process would proceed to ohm out my pcm ground side, and if that tests out the 1 and final test i would do is perform a load test, (if your pcm is easily acievable and you can obtain a wiring diagram you can skip the load test and back probe the signal wire ( ground pulsing wire) right out of the back side of the pcm and if you see a ground pulse there then you know you have a wire problem if not theres only 2 things it could be a spread terminal or a bad pcm). Sorry im not the best teacher but that is my approach to solving a wiring issue.

One way is to verify all powers and grounds to your pcm and if you look at that wiring diagram it says that at terminal 3 of the c2 connector at the pcm should be your fuel pump relay control which according to the diagram looks like its supplying power so what you do is verify your powers and grounds in and if you do not have fuel pump relay control out then its pretty safe to say you have a bad pcm. Reason being is you have power and ground inputs but no output. Another way to verify this would be find out which leg of the terminal is fed by the pcm and apply power to that wire if your vehicle runs then theres a good possibility its the control

K so we have no fuel at the fuel at the fuel rail and when you check voltage at the pump u have zero. Well if we are positive its a fuel issue then the first place i would start is the fuse there should be a fuse and a relay if you have power at the fuse you should then also have power at one terminal of your relay k so i looked up the wiring diagram on alldata its kinda generic but i attached it i just assumed the truck was a 4×4 and a 4.2 so it looks like when you are cranking or the fuel pump relay should have power the pcm sends power to one terminal of the relay so if you have power there then your pcm is good.

Attachments:Dirty interiors trash on the floor cups full of cigarette ashes. Candy on the floor. No room in the bay to work slippin and sliding on trans fluid (we do an unbelievable amount of power steering leaks here in Alaska, like 10 a day each). Something new i have to deal with is melting snow cause in florida we didnt have that problem now that Im in Alaska we have to let vehicles thaw and i have water up to my ankles every 2 hours it sucks lol
