K so what i am gathering from the wiring diagram i pulled is that the headlight switch controls the ground side of the relay so the first thing i would do is check and make sure you have your ground signal at the proper relay terminal when the switch is on and also make sure that u have your constant power. If no ground i would check for a ground signal right out of the head light switch if you have it there then you probably have a bad wire if you dont have it there then most likely its gonna be the switch these diagrams are kinda generic but ill attach them anyways

Attachments:unplug the cooling fan that the fuse is for and drive your vehicle if the fuse doesn’t blow then you most likely have an internal short in your cooling fan and it will need to be replaced to stop blowing the fuse

K do this compare 3 to the other fuel injectors, look to see if they have the same color wires and if you wanted to check for power just hook your meters black lead to ground and use the red lead on the back probe pin. for somereason that diagram doent show wire colorsbut yes if you were gonna back probe the pcm it would be with your red lead hooked to positive and your black lead hooked to your back probe pin and with the vehicle running you should pulse a ground and you do this with your meter set to dc volts. And pin104 is correct. By the way if you need so,e back probe pins i just go to walmart and pick up a box a t pins they are very inexpensive and work great.
