I ended up getting this jack. I haven’t used it yet but it looks good.

Sorry for replying so late. I a tech cheak it over and he said it’s be a lot of work to figure out what the problem is.
I didn’t pay a lot for the car so I’m just letting it go and going to deal with it.

The mystery has been solved!! I found, that the PCV valve elbow had a tear in it and was worn out, plus it was being pushed down by the engine cover on to the valve opening. It was almost like the sound a balloon makes when you pull the opening tight and the air comes out. Peace and quiet at last!! Thanks everyone for the help; I am very thankful.
