I think I may have caused some confusion with my wording. The idle is fine. It’s when you press the accelerator and rpms reach 1500 it sort of hangs up and bounces right at 1500. You can give it a decent amount more gas and it will finally go past 1500. It sounds and feels just like when you hit a rev limiter every time its at 1500 rpms. I hope that makes sense.
