Check the fuel pressure and compare the pressure you get with what the spec for your vehicle is.

You need to know the viscosity of that oil also.

Bad caliper piston keeping pressure on inner pad against rotor even when not braking.

I use the Snap On MT 2500 and it suits me just fine. Sure, software updates for this ended in 2008, but my newest vehicle is a 1998 and all my other vehicles are older. It does OBD I and OBD II as well as CAN. I like being able to turn injectors on and off with the tool to determine which cylinder is misfiring rather than pulling wires of plugs or injector wires. So much easier sitting in the vehicle and activating the IAC motor to put the engine RPM up to 2000 and holding it there while I add some R 134A to my A/C system or need to do something where I would need a second person to keep a foot on the gas pedal. Loaded with trouble shooting tips and lots of other good info specific to each vehicle covered. Used to be the state of the art back in its time and still is for the vehicles it covers. But then I’m just a driveway mechanic and by no means a professional.

They need to have the R 12 oil removed so they should be flushed good with A/C flushing fluid and nothing else NOT WATER!!!!

What are you going to do about the compressor? Oil for R 12 is not compatible with oil for R 134A. O rings and seals for R 12 are not compatible for R 134a. You can’t flush a compressor. You need to replace all O rings and seals as well as Schrader valves with those that work with R 134A.
Look in the “How To” forum for the O ring color changes info. Do your research well before hand.
If that compressor has had a stop leak or similar junk added to it get a new one. You should be able to flush the lines but the Accumulator, Oriface tube, Receiver/Drier and compressor should be replaced. If you replace the compressor DO NOT get an R 12 compressor, make sure you get the R 134A compressor. There is a difference R 12 seals in it will not work with R 134A. You will have to put the proper amount of oil for an R 134A system in and the R 134A weight of charge may not be the same as the R 12 weight of charge. This is very important to convert with the right amounts.
