GM Chevy 350 one of the best engines ever built, Or any small block Chevy engine. Loved the Toyota 22RE 4 cylinder engine.

Chrysler and Dodge products are junk. Pretty much anything European. Toyota and Chevy for me. Have 297,000 miles on my 1995 Silverado and it just keeps on going.

Try to use ac delco ignition parts. Those gm tbi ‘s are kind of finnicky. Those grounds on the thermostat housing are meant to be there but not just shoved between the two nuts.

No you can’t damage anything. Your engine cylinders deal with extreme temperatures and pressure, you couldn’t ruin anything by hooking up air pressure to it. Just make sure the piston is at Top dead center on the compression stroke meaning all the valves are closed and the piston is rising in the cylinder.
