I used to have a 91 Teggy RS. Got rid of it though and settled for a 95 civic coupe. I’m happy with my choice though. But Pictures of what you are doing would be nice. Would like to see your progress.

I thought a water pump goes bad when the little hole on one side begins to leak coolant. . .I’ve never heard of a water pump getting tired. . .maybe you can explain this a little. I’ll google this as well.

I think you should read this forum where Karl talks a little about why the older model consumes oil. You can find his section on “Page 1” somewhere around the middle.
hope this helps.

I never prefilled my filters. I’ve only lubed the rubber seal. Maybe this is a practice I should try on my next oil change.

Thank you very much for helping me find this Karl. When I took out the injectors I saw the crack and thought it might just be the case for the injectors. Didn’t think it would affect it. sounds good and I will remember to torque it at 15 lbs.

I’ve check my o2 sensor and yes the gasket is in place. There are no leaks around that area. I also check if I had any leaks around the exhaust manifold there are no leaks there as well.

Since my fuel injectors were easier to reach I planned to check them first and this is what I found.
Their seals seems to be in good shape. Its just these big cracks that worries me. I have these cracks on all four injectors.
