ican get the scan tomorrow as for leak test any suggestions on a tester i know they sell test specifically for head gaskets. wouldthe reg antifreeze make it run hotter than the dexcool. im used to mainly fords so the chevy types are new to me

2500 to 3000 really reg driving range everything else is good put new dryer in a few months ago and just havent worried about it but wit 100 degree weather its a nice thing to be able to cut the ac on after a hot day

it ended up being the 5/16 size but the sissor type wouldnt work ended up with plastic type finally working with alot of force

sounds like the tires are overinflated have you had the car aligned anytime this could cause wandering

if it cranks and runs i would say its great for 700 i would look at everything and drive it to make sure everything is in driving order but other than motor and tranny

does there happen to be a capacitor left when the sub system was still there depending on how it was hooked up that could draw alot of amp from alternator or it could be shorting out somewhere causing the overcurrent that could be why the dodge pulled the

well it didnt work so of to farther in laws to see what he might have. thanks again i will let yall know how it goes ps the sissor type disconnect tools are only good if there is no debris or rust

havent found the problem yet i will keep everyone posted about to get back to work thank you for all the suggestions. fingers crossed. it shouldnt hurt anything if the ac wont run correct. just making sure i dont have enough money to take to a proffesional at this time.

oh yes when i put it in park and rev up to 2500 it does the same thing just turns to heat

well i found the problem the dryer has a pin hole leak in it. thats making the blend door open up after 2500 rpms thanks guys for all the input raining now going to the auto parts store. thanks again my wife might actually like driving my truck now.

its on max ac yes driving down the road. no lights are coming on still have check engine just replaced all o2 sensors last year checked the charge whats a blend door and where is it located
