First off look into the towing package for your car if your having an issue with you can always go to uhaul and get one installed. Also a trailer can be a bit cumbersome have you thought of a Cargo carrier with a ramp? Something like this? http://www.pickupspecialties.com/Hitches/Rage_PowerSports/SC-500_small.jpg

It might be but more then likely no. It could be as simple as your tires squeaking. I’ve seen this happen before with tires that arent the right pressure. The other option you might wanna look at is your bushings on your sway bar and other parts that are rubber and make close contact with the road.

I’d try this. Next time it rains check to make sure your tires are properly inflated first. Secondly get some silicon lubricant spray and get some inbetween said bushings if sound goes away you just discovered your faulty bushing and should replace it.

on another forum , there was a hissy fit thrown over the merits of the Samsung smart phone compared to the iphone , this “hissy fit” was thrown by a moderator on that forum , I mean really?? , who the hell cares , they both make phone calls , can send and receive emails and text’s it’s just a phone genius .[/quote]

LOL. A lot of these people make it sound like your life will be over if you dont choose brand a vs brand b. Its amusing.

I could rant about this for a good long time but a lot of you have made good points that I myself would have made. The biggest complaint I have about modern vehicles is room. I’m a big guy and cars from the late 90’s onward always feel cramped to me when compared to there older counterparts. Its harder for me to get into and out of such vehicles. It kinda sucks.

I wont put this any importance list but from living the ghetto for so long I do have a list stuff that would be handy..

                      1. Tires. I’ve seen some people with some poor ass balding tires that are on there last leg. Its a danger to you and the others on the road.
                      2. Brakes. I cant believe how many times a week I hear metal on metal contact from brakes.
                      3. Lug nuts. This sorta goes along with the tire thing and I’ve seen cars with missing or broke studs and lug nuts missing.
                      4. Gas Cap. This one is funny but once you see someone with a missing cap and a rag inserted into the you kinda wonder what the person was thinking about cant even afford a few bucks for a replacement cap.

Those the major ones that have stuck out in my head from previous experience on the roads.

I use oil change places only because I have health issues that prevent me from doing the work myself. Before I ever leave the parking lot of any place i check to see if there oil in the car and if they did the work they say they did. I’ve had no problems with it in the past. For anyone that cares I just go to my local walmart.

They even went above and beyond for me and fixed an issue i had with my TPMS sensors. I thought they was broken but the tech told me they just wasnt reset properly at the tire change place my grandmother used.

As with any service check over there work if there is an issue get it addressed immediately and document everything you done to get it resolved.

I like Scotty but I definitely prefer Eric over him. Scotty makes good videos in the condensed news bite format which works for him. Scotty’s opinions I think are bit too brash in some areas. Like on oil changes 3k miles is way too much for a modern engine and its harsh on the environment to. He is also bit too opinionated on German/English cars in general. They are just as good as the Koreans,Japanese,Americans make. Yes parts are more expensive on them but I have found in general the way they are built makes up for the parts price. They tend to use more assemblies then just specific parts.
