I just realized I forgot to come back on here and let you all know that it was my PCV Valve. After I put the O-Ring back on it worked. No more whistle.

Took a look at the PCV valve this morning. It didn’t have the o-ring on it. I put one on and drove to work. It sounded like it was gonna start making the tea kettle noise again but after a few little noises it stopped.
That might have been the problem! Hopefully it doesn’t do it again, If I can make it home today without that noise I think she’s fixed.
