      So, the engine wasn’t locked up, the starter didn’t have any problems, i took one positive side of a jumper cable, put it on the battery, and took the other positive jump lead, and put it on the starter, and it started!! I believe it is the neutral safety switch that has gone bad, i don really have a serious need to drive this, although i enjoy it, i can live with the issue. Thanks to all of those who gave some advise, and enjoy your weekend.

              Well I tried that a while ago on my own, it didn’t make any difference. Since i am 15, i was driving it in the driveway, and i stopped in front of my moms car, turned it off and went to do something came back and it would not start. I had to get my twin brother to help me push it back into the parking spot. And yes.. By the way, i have driven it 264.5 miles in the driveway. It would usually get 2.5 MPG. A little off topic. But still i tried tapping the starter with a metal torque wrench, and it didnt do anything.
