Hello, not sure if this might be your problem but i bleed my brakes all around, i got abs also, and when car was off pedal was hard, when car on pedal went to floor, Well after a long time trying to figure out why, i peeled back the rubber boot on rear wheel cylinder and there was a small pinhole leaking fluid out, Check your wheel cylinders in rear if u have drum brakes…hope this helps….

Hello everyone i have a 1987 Pontiac Firebird 4 barrel v8 and have been having a battery drain for a while now i thought it was the radio so i pulled the fuse and nothing changed if anyone has had a similar problem and knows how to fix it or what to look for please help me this problem is very annoying. I hear this is a common problem with GM vehicles
I had a similar prob in my 96 pontiac sunbird. After multiple attempts to figure this out it wasn’t until me an a buddy was driving one night and he noticed the glove box light was on, come to find out it was that the glove box light wouldnt shut off so i took out bulb and no more battery drain..
Hopefully your problem could be this simple good luck….post back your findings..
it looks like the bottom is rubber and clamp in middle attaching to metal tubing with some kind if weird end to it….Someone thought it could be a honda part like brake line or whatever,I don’t think it came from his escape but maybe ran it over…..

I think it is 5w30, And maybe a cheap oil filter not performing right. Try changing oil with right oil and get a good filter….Sounds like the oil isn’t getting to the upper end fast enough…Just a thought……..good luck, and post back your findings..

August 31, 2011 at 11:00 am in reply to: 99 Honda Prelude – Car working harder (Answered, Broken Cat) #442410I think it might be a giant snake under your hood biting holes in your intake hoses…lol j/k…..I agree check all vacuum hoses and intake itself..start car up and look under hood to try see where hissin comes from.If you think it maybe something to do with A/C compressor or anyhting A/C related take it to a pro unless u have the knowledge and tools to do it..Very dangerous dealing with A/C since it’s PRESSURIZED to extremes…Good luck and post back your findings…
