Again, thanks for the heads up. I found an actual video walk through over at PriusChat where the dude showed all the disassembly required plus the plug removal. I’m about to message him to find out about battery disconnection and what he did. AFAIK he’s still sucking air so he must have done something right. I’d love to take the dealer route for ALL my service but if there is something I can do on my own I am always willing to try, hence my fact-finding mission regarding these plugs. I followed Eric’s walk though for doing the plugs in my Element and it was perfect. So, again, thanks for the heads up regarding the batteries.

I was given advice very similar to yours regarding a higher mileage mustang I once owned.I was told if I switched over to synthetic I may see leaks where before there were none. Was it bad advice? I dont know but I didnt make that switch just to be safe. Great videos Eric!
