If i swap over the exhaust manifold and the wideband O2 sensor to the jdm f23a it should be fine. I also read about swapping the vtec solenoid to the jdm.
Ive spend searching the web to get as much info before doing my swap. Anybody with prior experience i would your help.

I also suspect the wheel bearing too. Remember sound travels so it might seem that its coming from the center on the car.
