I have similar problems to the original Post, Not to the same extent though.

My Steering wheel shuddered alot at anything over 80km/h in my 94 accord, after getting new tyres+rims+ wheel alignment & balance done at my local trusted tyre place, most of the shudder went away, i also had my wheels centered on the hub, now the steering wheel only has the slightest side to side shudder at high speeds, you wouldnt notice it unless you were specifically looking for it.

I Have recently installed a new set of front rotors & pads, aswell as fitted new seals and cleaned up my calipers, and do get a slight brake shudder under light to medium braking, but no shudder at all under heavy braking? I would defs consider giving your brakes a good service, if they are front and rear discs, might do to check the slide pins in the calipers, and ensure they are moving freely, and not sticking slightly when you try to apply the park brake? also, check your park brake cable, make sure she isnt loosey goose!

i know my lower ball joints are almost completely shot, and im assuming my upper control arm ball joints are too, i have a new set of lower balljoints ready to go into the car, aswell as a new pair of sway bar links, as the bushings in those were completely split. Once i put those in, im going to take it on some decent drives through traffic & highway, and see if it cures my problem, if not, ill probably be up for Upper control arms, and new wheel bearings i guess.

Eric recently did an upper control arm & strut replacement video that might come in handy, as i know if those Upper control arms get knocked out of whack from a collision, or hitting a gutter etc, your ride control becomes a bit funky, and may give you the symptoms you were describing? had a similar problem in a mitsubishi a few years back, had a guy drive into the front drivers side fender at about 30km/h and punt the wheel pretty bad, bending that control arm out of alignment, which the repair guys didnt pickup because it wasnt noticeable by eye, but it made the car shudder for 2years before we replaced it.

I had this exact same problem on my 94 EX accord, it was my Coolant Temp sensor the whole time!

i went through the list using honda’s Service manual, checking every single thing, from, spark, to fuel supply, to air, and found it was the coolant temp sensor playing silly buggers!

if its anything like my car, its a little brass sensor, in the side of the head, and it looks like the below picture:

After changing that out, doing a coolant bleed, resetting ECU, i havent had a problem since!

        hope this helps!
