there are two balts on the back of the pcm you should have no problem with the secerty. if it works you need to have it re flashed to your vin,

it was the power wire to the relay. wire was broke .

the pump was a ac deco. and my mechanic has puled the pump and the wiring looks ok. and you would think my mechanic would have looked at the fuse.
no i can not hear the pump prime. i checked at the plug in jack for the pump.
