        Hmm…Alright. I’ll do my best.

        4 Oil Changes
        1 Transmission Fluid Change
        4 New Tires
        Refinished Rims
        Brake Fluid Change
        Got A/C Tested
Coolant Flush (Drained Block and Refill)
        Fixed 2 small Vacuum Leaks
Sealed Oil Leak From the Crankshaft. (If you Don’t know the 5S-FE They Replaced the Distributor cap with Coil pack and just plugged the hole)
Replaced coolant line going TO the Heater Core (From it Swelling from above oil leak)
        Installed LED backlit Doorhandles (Everything?)
        Added 2000W Infinity 15″ Subwoofer
        LED Cupholders!
        Lexus ES300 Instrument Cluster Swap
Increased idle RPMs from 500ish to 1000RPM

No major work was Done to the car. (maybe the Crank leak might count) But I believe that’s it.

I was Fliping through my Phones Videos and I have a Video from around November and I just happen to be driving and I notice that my Engine was running cold then But only a LITTLE. Like the gauge was down only a little bit. The Video was shot on Nov, 5 and it was 40F that day.

Tomorrow is Saturday, Just so Im thorough, I will Swap both coolant sensor with my Friend from his Camry. I would like to thank Toyota for making it one bolt. =)

It is a new Gasket. And its nice and tight. It can’t fit anymore perfect.

So Today I removed the Thermostat all together and Put everything back together and Drove around for around 15min. The Temp stayed around 130-140. Witch is odd. Coolant was for sure moving as soon as i started the engine. (Unlike in my Video) I made a video but I don’t feel like editing. So With the Thermostat installed coolant is Somehow cooling but Its not Moving? (Check Video) That can’t be right.

Alright then, I do have footage of me Driving but I decided to cut most of it out on the Final Video. If that is what you are looking for (Me staring at the scan tool while driving) then I have done so. Also in the Past I have used an IR thermometer under the hood as soon as i stop. I have More footage if you neeeed it. But the temp says at around 150ish if its 70F outside. When it was in the 20s it got down to the 130s

in the unused footage I compare the Gauge to the ECU Temp. And just for fun I unplugged the ECU sensor and Check Engine came on within 1 second.

Sometime this afternoon when I get Done with work I’ll Remove the Thermostat And Compare.

Ok, I made this Video Maybe It will Help Maybe It wont. Its showing that My Temperature is Dropping Despite no Coolant that seems to be moving. Drive time was about 15 Minutes. And the Weather was around 70F. And No Stored codes where found. I tried to Remove all Cardboard but One piece was stuck. Something too add as well I have a friend who I got a reading from Camry his car runs Steady at around 190-200F While traveling down the road. With the Heat ON it usually drops further. If nothing else it will benifit me in the Summer when its like 90 outside.

Ok, looked up at what direction it supposed to spin and it is correct. Can’t think of anything else…Cars don’t just run cold, there must be something i am overlooking.

That Picture does not look quite correct. It is for the 5S-FE Engine? I do know my car has Two Belts. My car is all the way in the garage. I will be sure to look on my way to work tomorrow.

It was replaced around 20,000 miles ago. I didn’t have that problem then as bad. It still ran a little cool but nothing to make me do anything. The only other thing that i can think of is that my Hood is missing its insulation, maybe heat is escaping too fast? (it gets hot enough to make the water on the hood steam if its raining) I never cared about it missing because all it did was make the engine quieter. I’ve asked two mechanics and they don’t know why ether.

EDIT: For the Sake of improving this form I’ll swap hood with my Friend sense he just so happens to have a 99 camry as well. I will Report Back.

Ah yes, I forgot to mention that. That has been done, oddly all 3 thermostats work as they Should (Old OEM, New OEM and Aftermarket) When I pulled the now old Thermostat from my car for the very first time is was actually Closed. They Opened around 175

I have a Camry that has bunch of miles on it. Its had its power steering fluid changed once. Its uses Dextron and the fluid still looked red when I changed it. Hope that helps in Revealing some of your worry.

I have a friend who had this Similar Problem (car had no ABS). Sadly Im unsure how it was fixed. It did it when he bought the car and one day later he rebuilt the engine on it.These hoses I found tend to get as hard as a rock and crack. I own a 99 Camry myself and I do hope this helps. Check these areas. The long thick hose you see one of ends is bigger that the other so you might have to get creative on replacing that one.

I added DIY lighting to my 1999 Camry. LED lighting (Dim lighting) where the passenger can see his feet and another where you can see the pedals. Installed an arduino Microcontroler to control brightness and different colors via Bluetooth.
The LED Are Dim when it is night time.
When the doors open I get the lighting like this video shows on all 4 floor pans i guess.
Did I mention that my outside Door handles light up any color I want to? Trust me lighting door handles, not easy but it looks really nice.
